摘  要:现代远程教育彰显了,多元教学交互,超越教学时空,媒体资源丰富,支持开放学习,以学为主的教学形式等特点。呈现了:在实践中逐渐彰显其特征和优势,并逐步通过其事业、专业和产业的相互促进,步入良性循环,逐步成为构建终身教育体系的基础和平台,并且在质量和效益上保持适当的平衡,获得稳定的可持续发展的总趋势。在发展中关注、质量、提供优质教育、促进教育整体变革并强调自身的创新。它步入一个集探索、研究、改革、创新等特征的新时期。Modern Distance Education highlights: the multiple interactive teaching, intermediary teaching from time and space, beyond time and space education, the media rich resources to support open learning, to learning -based teaching methods and so on. Presents: In practice, gradually highlighting its characteristics and advantages, and gradually, through its career, professional and industry, promote each other, into a virtuous circle, and gradually become the basis for building a life -long education system and platform, and maintain an appropriate quality and efficiency of balance, access to stable and sustainable development in general trend. In the developing concern: quality, provide quality education, to promote education as a whole change and innovation with their own, and it entered a set of exploration, research, reform and innovation characteristics of a new era.
