摘 要:利用紫外可见分光光度计,采用比色法研究了玉米灰斑病菌入侵对不同抗性玉米品种抗逆生理因子的影响。结果表明,玉米灰斑病菌入侵后不同抗性玉米品种体内抗性因子的活性或含量均发生变化。苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性增加,感病品种酶活提高率较高,而中抗和高抗病品种酶活提高率较低;丙二醛(MDA)含量感病品种降低,而中抗和高抗病品种MDA含量升高;脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加,增加的幅度和提高率与寄主的抗感性无关。Using the method of chronometry by Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, effects on the factors of advising stress resistance in different resistant maize varieties infected by the gray leaf spot pathogens were analyzed. The results showed that the activity and content of many resistance physiological factors changed. The activity of PAL was increased, and the increase rate in susceptible varieties was higher than that in middling and high resistant varieties, the content of MDA was reduced in susceptible varieties, but increased in middling and high disease-resistant varieties, the content of Pro increased, and the increase rate or increase level of was not related with the host resistance. The result would provide guidance for the study on the resistance mechanism.
