摘　　要：为维护广大农民切身利益,保障农村经济社会平稳较快发展,通过分析农村基层组织人员犯罪的特点、原因,提出其预防对策:一是完善《村委会组织法》等法律制度,建立健全农村组织机构和监督机制;二是加强农村财务管理,健全财务公开在内的政务公开制度;三是提高农村基层组织人员的整体素质,强化思想政治和法制观念教育;四是加大对农村基层组织人员职务犯罪的打击力度,同时深入开展预防工作。To maintain the farmers interests, safeguard the rural economic and social development, through analyzing the characteristic and reason of rural organizers＇ job crime, the article puts forward the prevention countermeasures： the first one is to perfect the law system of villagers committees, and establish a rural organization and the supervisory mechanism; the second is to strengthen the financial management, perfect the rural public financial system, public affairs; the third is to improve rural organizations, strengthen the overall quality of the staff, and improve the ideological and political education; the last one is to take strong measures against the crime and prevent it.
