摘 要:针对电站分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)逐渐庞大和复杂的现状,在剖析了电站DCS组态的基本内容的基础上,提出以软件工程学为指导思想来实现填表式DCS组态。结合465t/h循环流化床热电联产机组的工程应用实例,阐述了组态过程中需求分析、系统分析与设计、编码、测试、维护等阶段的任务、作用和实现方法。实际应用效果说明这种开发模式能提高工作效率,最大限度地实现组态文件复用;软件设计文档完整,便于功能扩充和软件维护。As the distributed control system(DCS)of power station is getting increasingly large and complicated, the basic content of DCS configuration in power station is analyzed, and it is suggested that the configuration of parameter entry typed DCS be realized under the guidance of software engineering science. Combined with the engineering application examples of 465 t/h circulating fluidized bed cogeneration units, the task, role and implementation method of such steps as demand analysis, systematic analysis and design, coding, testing and maintenance during configuration are expounded. Practical application results show that the development mode can improve work efficiency and realize the multiplexing of configuration document to the greatest extent; the software design document is complete and convenient for extending function and maintaining software.
