小规模回交法结合GUS标记选择快速育成水稻转基因抗虫不育系

摘  要:以"克螟稻"衍生系Tb26(籼)为Bt转基因抗虫种质,采用小规模回交法,结合GUS标记辅助选择,快速改良D62A(B)的抗螟虫特性,育成了"抗DA(B)"。经鉴定,抗DA的外源Bt基因纯合,自身抗虫性表达稳定,且所配杂种F1也表现出高抗螟虫特性;抗DA的花器性状和开花习性良好,花粉败育彻底,不育度高,农艺性状、品质性状、配合力等方面,也与D62A(CK)相仿。若能将生产上推广的D62A系列组合逐步替换成抗DA同型系列,则有望起到节省治虫用药成本,减少污染等一举多得的效果。Taking D62B as recurrent line and Tb26 derived from "KMD" as transgenic insect-resistant donor line, we improved the borers resistant characteristics of D62A(B). Bt-type Kang DA(B) were constructed by consecutive backcrosses combined to GUS molecular marker-assisted selection. Results showed that F1 hybrids derived from Kang DA also had high borer resistance. Kang DA had the characteristics of good flower organ and flowering behavior, complete pollen sterility. And also gronomic performance, quality traits and combining ability were as good as that of D62A (CK). If D62A could be gradually replaced for Kang DA, it could save the cost of pesticide, reduce environmental pollution and so on.
