指导教师在高师教育实践教学中的作用

摘　　要：在现代高师教育中,教育实践教学已经成为提高学生教学技能的重要途径,成为提高学生专业化水平和培养学生成为未来教师的重要环节。而高师院校指导教师如何能充分发挥其指导作用,使学生成为具有较高教学技能的合格的智慧型教师,则是教育实践教学的关键所在。In the modem education in teachers colleges, educational practice instruction has already been regarded as the important route of improving students＇ practicing skills, improving their professional quality, training them to become the future teachers. It is the key point of educational practice instruction how the teachers give their guidance fully to the students, make students the wisdom - typed qualified teach- ers who have higher teaching skills.
