活血通脉利水明目法治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:考察活血通脉利水明目法(散血明目片)治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:34例非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分为治疗组(17例17眼)与对照组(17例18眼),治疗组治以散血明目片联合中西医常规治疗方法,对照组治以血栓通片联合中西医常规治疗方法,治疗一个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率较对照组高,但无统计学差异,而治疗组总显效率与治疗组比较,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);治疗组眼治疗前、后视力相比差异有极显著性(P<0.01),而对照组视力恢复不如治疗组;治疗组气滞血瘀证总治愈率和肝阳上亢证总显效率、总治愈率以及合计总显效率、总治愈率均优于对照组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:活血通脉利水明目法(散血明目片)是治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的有效方法。Objectives ： To explore blood - quickening water - disinhibiting eyes - brightening method＇ s therapeutic effects on the non ischemic retinal vein occlusion. Methods ：34 patients was randomly divided into 2 groups, with 17 eyes of 17 patients in treating group treated by blood - quickening water - disinhibiting eyes - brightening method （Sanxuemingmu tablet） with conventional treatment, and 18 eyes of 17 patients in controlling group treated by blood - quickening stasis - removing method （ Xueshuantong tablet） with conventional treatment. Fundus colour photography, fundus fluorescent angiograph in each group before and after treatment. Results ： The curative effect of the treating group was better than that of the controlling group. Compared with the controlling group, there was no significant difference in overall effective rate, and high significant difference in obvious effective rate. Vision improved degree of the treating group was better than that of the controlling group. Compared with the controUing group, there was no significant difference in overall effective rate of TCM syndrome, and high significant difference in obvious effective rate of TCM syndrome. Conclusons ： This study suggests that blood - quickening water - disinhibiting eyes - brightening method is a effective traditional Chinese medicine treating method with high obvious effective rate, and that the method can improve the symptoms of TCM and save the vision,
