摘 要:以皂荚(Gleditsia sinensis)、核桃(Juglans regia)、柿子(Diospyros kaki)和黑枣(Diospyros lotus)为材料,在田间持水量为80%、60%、40%和30%的条件下对4树种幼苗叶含水量、叶水势和叶持水力进行了研究。结果表明:严重水分胁迫下,4树种叶含水量降低幅度是核桃<柿树<皂荚<黑枣,核桃和柿树能够保持较高的叶水势,而皂荚和黑枣的叶水势则比较低;充足供水条件下,4树种叶持水力是皂荚>核桃>柿树>黑枣,水分胁迫诱导了皂荚、柿树和黑枣叶片持水力的提高,而耐旱的核桃却没有明显的变化。Leaf water content,leaf water potential and leaf holding water capacity of four tree seedlings(Gleditsia sinensis,Juglans regia,Diospyros kaki and Diospyros lotus) were studied under four water stress treatments: 80%,60%,40% and 30% of soil field capacity.The results showed that the range of decrease in leaf water content of four trees was J.regia〈D.kaki〈G.sinensis〈D.lotus under severe water stress(30%),and leaf water potential of J.regia and D.kaki could maintain the higher level,but that of G.sinensis and D.lotus was lower under severe water stress;leaf holding water capacity of four trees was G.sinensis〉J.regia〉D.kaki〉D.lotus under normal condition(80%),but,it was prompted in G.sinensis,D.kaki and D.lotus,instead of J.regia under water stress.
