摘　　要：高新技术产业基地是我国高新技术产业发展的重要载体和模式,本文界定和分析了高新技术产业基地的内涵和基本属性,在此基础上重点剖析了处于孕育期、成长期、成熟期等不同发展阶段的高新技术产业基地的演化机理。Nowadays high-tech industrial base is a very important mode of developing High-tech industry in China.This article defined the connotation and analyzed the characteristics of high-tech industrial base,and then the evolution mechanism of high-tech industrial base which is at the different development stages of incubation stage,growth stage and mature stage was described respectively.
