摘 要:以不锈钢为基体,采用连续阴极电沉积的方法,制备了ZnO/Cu2O复合膜,并通过X-射线衍射和扫描电镜进行了表征。以Cr(Ⅵ)为模拟无机污染物,在可见光下,测试了其光催化还原活性。结果表明,ZnO/Cu2O复合膜的光催化活性与Cu2O的沉积量有关,在其沉积量为0.010g/dm2时,反应1h后,Cr(Ⅵ)在ZnO/Cu2O上的还原率为35.3%,而在Cu2O薄膜上的还原率仅为8.6%。实验还发现,ZnO/Cu2O复合膜的光催化氧化能力也有了较大程度的提高。在相同实验条件下,甲基橙在Cu2O薄膜上的降解率只有2.5%,而在ZnO/Cu2O复合膜上的降解率达到22.9%。The ZnO/Cu2O composite film was prepared on stainless steel substrate by means of continuous cathodic electrodeposition technique and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Photocatalytic performance of the ZnO/Cu2O composite film was evaluated with Cr(VI) and methyl orange as the model pollutants under the visible light illumination. The results indicated that the photocatalytic reduction activity of the ZnO/Cu2O composite film was related to the deposition of Cu2O. When the deposition of Cu2O was 0. 010g/dm^2, the reduction rate of Cr(Ⅵ) over ZnO/Cu20 was 35.3% , but that for the case of Cu2O was 8.6%. The photocatalytic oxidation activity of ZnO/Cu2O was improved significantly and the oxidation rate of methyl orange over ZZnO/Cu2O and Cu2O was 22.9% and 2.5% , respeetively.
