颞浅动脉插管皮下埋植药系行舌癌化疗的应用

摘　　要：目的评估颞浅动脉插管皮下埋植药系行舌癌化疗的疗效。方法30例通过颞浅动脉插管皮下埋植药系给顺铂和氟脲嘧啶,观察舌癌的局部疗效和患者的全身毒副反应,并与常规静脉滴注化疗做对照。结果颞浅动脉插管化疗组总有效率为(OR+PR)为93.3%,其中CR为33.3%,PR为60%,常规化疗组总有效率为63.3%,其中CR为16.7%,PR为46.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;颞浅动脉插管化疗组毒副反应轻的(0～Ⅱ级)比率为80%,常规化疗组毒副反应轻的比率为66.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论颞浅动脉插管皮下埋植药系行舌癌化疗效果好,毒副反应轻,为治疗舌癌患者提供一种较好的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the value and effect of chemotherapy of tongue carcinoma using fluorouracil and cis-di- amminedichloroplatinum with the subcutaneous implantabte pump system（SIPS）. Methods The SIPS was employed in the chemother- apy through the arteria temporalis superficialis for 30 patients with tongue carcinoma.The responses of the tumours and hosts were assessed.The effect and applicability of SIPS chemotherapy were evaluated. Results The total effective rate （CR＋PR）of the SIPS was 93.3%,CR：33.3%;PR：60%;the total effective rate （CR＋PR） of the comparative groups was 63.3%, CR： 16.7%;PR：46.7%, and there was statistical difference between the two groups,P〈0.05.The effective rate of slightly adverse reactions of the SIPS and the comparative grows were 80% and 66.6%, there was statistical difference between the two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The SIPS is one of the best ways to do chemotherapy for tongue carcinoma.
