摘 要:扩展卡尔曼滤波器作为非线性的速度、位置估计器应用在永磁同步电动机无传感器控制系统中已经是一个很成熟的课题。但是,这种控制系统中有一个始终没有解决的问题:虽然在高速区(>5Hz)卡尔曼滤波具有较高的估计精度,但是在低速区(<5Hz),其控制性能较差。针对永磁同步电动机扩展卡尔曼滤波无传感器控制时低速性能不佳的问题,分析了低速性能不佳的原因——电压信噪比较小,并且提出了提高信噪比的方法——调节逆变器的直流母线电压,来改善系统的低速性能。通过调节逆变器的直流母线电压,成功实现了在2Hz左右的低速运行,仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。The application of an extended Kalman filter(EKF) as nonlinear speed and position observer in PMSM drives has been a mature research project. However, one significant problem still unsolved is the weakly performance at low speed of PMSM drive system that yield to the best estimation performance on high speed range(〉5 Hz). The reason about weakly performance at low speed-lower ratio of voltage signal-to-noise (SNR) was analyzed, and proposed a novel method-adjustable DC bus voltage, to enhance the SNR as well as to improve the low speed performance. The findings from the experiment that the better performance in low speed(〈5 Hz) by adjusting the DC bus voltage according to the system reference speed were also presented. Simulation and experimental results were given to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.
