摘  要:采用4组L8(27)正交设计,在盆形嗅觉试验装置中测定了赤拟谷盗成虫对24种常见植物挥发物的β-环糊精包结物样品的行为反应。结果表明,丁香酚+1,4-桉叶油素、苯乙醇+芳樟醇、乙酸苯甲酯+香草醛3个样品组合对赤拟谷盗具有明显驱避活性,而且各样品组的2种化合物之间分别具有强烈的增效作用;桧烯、茴香脑、香叶醇、香芹酚、水杨酸甲酯和邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯可能对赤拟谷盗有引诱活性;乙酸乙酯和叔丁基苯酚对赤拟谷盗的选择性趋向行为没有影响。By four groups of L8(2^7) orthogonal experiment, behavioral responses of T. castaneum adults on the --cyclodextrin inclusion of 24 species of common plant volatiles were determined in a basin--typed olfactometer. The results showed that three composite samples, such as eugenol + 1,4-cineole, 2-phenylethanol + linalool and benzyl acetate + vanillin, had significant repellent effect on T. castaneum, moreover, and there was strong synergic effect between every two compounds in each sample. While the β--cyclodextrin inclusion of sabinene, anethole, geraniol, carvacrol, methyl salieylate and methyl anthranilate could exhibit attractive effect on T. castaneum, ethyl acetate and 4-tert-butyl phenol had no effect on the selective tendency of T. castaneum.
