摘 要:水体是生态系统的重要组成部分,水体与生物群落共存,通过气候系统、水文循环、食物链、养分循环及能量交换相互交织在一起。水体与生物群落相互依存,相互作用,形成了江河湖泊的自净能力。水利工程建设应吸收、融合生态学的规律,建立和发展生态水利工程学理论与规则。在满足人们对水的各种不同需求的同时,水利工程还应满足水生态系统完整性、依存性的要求,恢复与建设洁净的水环境,实现人与自然的和谐。Water is an important ecosystem component and coexisting with biological communities through the climate system, the hydrological cycle, food chains, nutrient cycling and energy exchange intertwined with each other. Water and biological communities are interdependent and interact, forming a self-purification ability of rivers and lakes. Hydraulic Engineering construction should be absorbed by the laws of the integration of ecology, the establishment and development of ecological theory and the rules of water conservancy projects. To meet the diftbrent needs at the same time, water conservancy projects should also meet the integrity of aquatic ecosystems, interdependence of the requirements, restoration and construction of clean water environment and achieving harmony between man and nature.
