摘　　要：本研究在对中小软件企业战略联盟信任内涵进行剖析的基础上,运用博弈论中的"囚徒困境"博弈模型分析了战略联盟中的信任博弈行为,阐述了信任与关系性租金的关系,进而提出中小软件企业战略联盟信任管理的措施。Based on the analysis on the connotation of the small and medium software enterprise strategy alliance trust, the research applys in the game theory ＂the convict difficult position＂ in the gambling model to analysis alliance trust gambling behavior, elaborates the relationship between trust and the relational rent, then proposes some measures of the small and medium software enterprise strategy alliance trust management.
