摘 要:探讨了E10含水乙醇汽油的相分离机理,用相分离温度表征含水乙醇汽油的稳定性,比较和优化乳化工艺,应用微乳化理论优选和复配乳化剂,对E10含水乙醇汽油混合燃料的微乳化技术进行了实验研究。结果表明,乳化剂的选择和复配在基于亲油亲水平衡(HLB)值理论的同时应该综合考虑多种因素的影响,基于HLB值理论复配的SPY乳化剂可以获得比单一乳化剂更好的乳化效能。使用超声波乳化,乳化时间为30min时,添加0.65%-0.85%SPY乳化剂的95%乙醇度E10微乳化含水乙醇汽油可以在0—40℃范围内保持稳定30d以上;添加2%-2.5%SPY乳化剂的95%乙醇度E10微乳化含水乙醇汽油可以在-10—40℃范围内保持稳定30d以上。The separation causation of E10 hydrous ethanol gasoline fuel was discussed, and the stability of hydrous ethanol gasoline was characterized using sepration temperature. Comparing and optimizing the emulsification process, emulsifier was selected based on microemulsification theory, then experimental study on the microemulsification technology of E10 hydrous ethanol gasoline mixed fuel was taken. The experimental results show that: when choice and compound the emulsifier, the theory of hydrophilic lipophilie balance (HLB)value should be considered as many influence factors at the same time;SPY emulsifier made on the base of HLB value theory can be better than single emulsifier. Using ultrasonic emulsification for 30 min, when adding 0.65% - 0.85% SPY emulsifier, 95% degree ethanol El0 fuel can remain stable more than 30 d in the temperature of 0 -40 ℃ ;When adding 2% - 2.5% SPY emulsifier,95% degree ethanol EIO fuel can remain stable more than 30 d in the temperature of - 10 -40 ℃.
