摘 要:建立了超高效液相色谱(UPLC)同时测定浓缩果汁及其加工用树脂中苯乙烯和二乙烯苯的方法。样品中的苯乙烯和二乙烯苯经乙腈提取后,采用ACQUITY BEH C18(1.7μm,2.1×50mm)色谱柱分离,乙腈和水梯度洗脱,流速为0.40mL/min,PDA检测器检测。苯乙烯和二乙烯苯在0.02—2.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),最低检出限(LOD)均为0.02vg/g,在添加水平均为0.10,0.50,1.0μg/g时,苯乙烯和二乙烯苯的加标回收率在80.12%~90.87%,RSD≤2.9%(n=6)。利用该方法对市场上的20种果汁样品以及6种树脂样品进行了分析检测,该方法具有杂质干扰小、回收率高、重现性好、灵敏度高等特点,可以适用于浓缩苹果汁及树脂中苯乙烯和二乙烯苯残留量的定性定量分析。A method was developed for the determination of styrene and divinylbenzene in apple juice concentrates and resins using ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC). The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and detected by waters UPLC series equipped with a PDA detector. The UPLC analysis was performed on a ACQUITY BEH C18 ( 1.7 μm,2.1 × 50 mm)column using a gradient solvent system (acetonitrile-water) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.40 mL/min. The presented method showed good linear relationship with good precision and accuracy at the range of 0.02-2.0 μg/mL for styrene and divinylbenzene. The detection limits were all 0.02 μg/g for styrene and divinylbenzene. The recoveries were from 80.12% to 90.87% while relative standard deviations were not more than 2.9% ( n = 6). The method was proved to be good in recovery, reproducibility and sensitivity to meet the requirements. It is suitable to analyze styrene and divinylbenzene residues in apple juice concentrates and resins.
