摘　　要：大学教育的根本,是成长成才与全面发展教育,这是以生为本教育的基本规定性。综合素质教育的核心,是做人教育和养成教育,道德健康教育既是新观念,又是大学健康教育的题中应有内容。大学教育以生为本,是以学生做人和德行为本,即以道德教育和人格教育为本,维护大学生的道德健康。The essence of college education is to train the students to be talented people and with all-round development, which is the property of student-oriented education. The core of quality education is the personality cultivation, and moral education is new and necessary part of health education in the university. The student-oriented education in the university is personhood and good behavior of the students, i.e. being moral-oriented and the personality-oriented, so that the student＇ s moral health would be maintained.
