摘　　要：非法吸收公众存款犯罪,严重影响到我国社会经济的平稳发展和社会注意市场经济的安全运行、直接侵害到人民群众的根本利益。当前,在我国刑法中,对于什么是"非法吸收公众存款犯罪"没有明确的阐述以及相关的法律解释,这为司法部门的实践活动设置了一定的障碍。为此,文章从"非法吸收公众存款"的认定、存在的问题以及完善对策三个方面进行了论证,以推动法制观念的更新和司法工作的完善。Crime of illegally attracting deposits from the public seriously affected the smooth development of China＇s social economic and safe operation of the socialist market economy, and is directly against the fundamental interests of the masses of the people. At persent, in China＇s ＂Criminal Law＂ , ＂illegally attract deposits from the public crime＂ has no clearly explaination and related legal interpretation, which is set for the judiciary＇s practice some obstacles. So the author analyzes from the the identification, existing problems and perfection of ＂crime of illegally attract deposits from the public＂ , which hopes to be able to exchange ideas with colleagues.
