摘　　要：恢复性司法的核心价值是尊重和修复。通过经验角度的分析,恢复性司法的内在价值体现在尊重被害人的主体地位、尊重被害人的内心需要和促使加害人回归社会。恢复性司法建构了一种新型模式,有助于多元主体的参与和社会秩序的修复。恢复性司法程序尊重当事人的自由意志、修复了当事人之间的矛盾冲突。The core values of restorative justice is respect and restoration. Through the experience analysis, the intrinsic value of restorative justice embodied in the dominant position of respect for victims, respect for the victim＇s inner needs and to promote offender reintegration into society; Restorative justice build a new model which contribute to pluralism and the participation of the main conducive to social order to repair. Restorative justice processes respect the free will of the parties and restorate the contradictions and conflicts between the parties.
