摘　　要：目的探讨自发性小脑出血手术治疗方法、效果。方法回顾性分析我院31例自发性小脑出血采用侧脑室外引流后再进行显微手术的治疗效果。结果按日常生活自理能力(ADL)评分:Ⅰ级者(恢复正常)17例,Ⅱ级者(生活自理)6例,Ⅲ级者(需人帮助)5例,Ⅵ级者(死亡)3例。结论侧脑室外引流后再进行显微手术治疗自发性小脑出血的效果令人满意。Objective To investigate the effects of microsurgery in the treatment of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods The therapeutic efficacy of 31 cases of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage treated with microsurgery after lateral cerebral ventricle drainage from January 2006 to September 2009,was retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the ability of daily life （ADL） score, 17 cases recovered,6 cases had self-care ability,5 cases made a life in need of help,and 3 cases died. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment after lateral cerebral ventricle drainage has a satisfied effect for treating spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage.
