摘 要:目的探讨多序列MRI对超急性期脑出血的诊断价值。方法将20只健康大白兔随机分为脑出血A组(8只)、脑出血B组(8只)和对照组(4只),A、B两组分别在造模后1h和6h两个时间点进行SE-T1WI、FSE-T2WI、GRE-T2*WI、DWI和EPI-T2*WI扫描,对照组于1h和6h进行扫描。结果血肿在GRE-T2*WI、DWI和EPI-T2*WI上以低信号为主,在FSE-T2WI上为稍高信号,在SE-T1WI上为等信号;A、B两组血肿部分序列所测体积比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GRE-T2*WI对超急性期血肿的诊断敏感性高,结合DWI和EPI-T2*WI等多序列,可为超急性期脑出血诊断和鉴别诊断提供一定的依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of a set of MRI sequences in hyperacute ICH and injury in perihematomal brain tissue.Methods 20 rabbits(mean body weight,2.0~2.5 kg) were divided randomly into ICH group A (n=8)、ICH group B (n=8)and control group (n=4) randomly.Animal models in group A and B were examined by a set of MRI sequences(SE-T1WI、FSE-T2WI、GRE-T2WI、DWI and EPI-T2WI) at the time of 1 hour and 6 hour after ICH models respectively.Results The hematomas were showed low signal in imagings of GRE-T2WI、DWI and EPI-T2WI,slightly high signal in imagings of FSE-T2WI,and iso-signal in magings of SE-T1WI;The volume of hematomas differed significantly in two group(P0.05).Conclusion GRE-T2WI sequence in the diagnosis of hyperacute ICH showed high sensitivity.A set of MRI sequences scanning can be the way of diagnosing and differentiate diagnosing in hyperacute intracerebral hemorrhage.
