宫颈癌中PRb、Bcl-2、1、P73的表达对P16过表达的影响

摘　　要：目的P16在宫颈癌中表达升高且很少发生突变。本文的研究旨在探讨P16在宫颈癌中的高表达是否受PRb、Bcl-2、P73表达的影响。方法对61例宫颈癌进行P16、PRb、Bcl-2、P73的免疫组化染色，观察P16表达与PRb的阳性率及作为PRb结合E2f功能指示器的Bcl-2和P73的阳性率的关系。结果P16高表达者在PRb、Bcl-2或P73阳性表达病例中分别占63．7％、61．0％、68．0％，而在PRb、Bcl-2或P73阴性病例中分别占43．6％、30．8％、38．9％；P16低表达者在PRb、Bcl-2或P73阳性表达病例中分别占36．3％，39．0％、32．0％，而在PRb、Bcl-2或P73阴性病例中分别占56.4％，70．2％、61．1％。经，检验分析，P16过表达与PRb含量关系不密切，但与Bcl-2和P73阳性率趋势一致。结论宫颈癌中P16表达升高不受PRb阳性率影响，而可能是由于PRb结合E2f功能减低所致。Objective In cervical cancer p16 gene over-expresses but rarely mutates. The purpose of this study is to observe whether the overexpression of p16 is associated with the expression of PRb, Bcl-2 and P73 in cervical cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry of P16, PRb, Bcl-2 and P73 was performed on 61 cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The relationship of P16 over-expression to the expression of PRb and the expression of Bcl-2 and P73 that are the indicators of PRb binding E2f function was analyzed. Result The rates of P16 high expression were 63.7%, 61.0% and 68.0%, respectively in the positively stained cases of PRb, Bcl-2 and P73, while 43.6%, 30.8% and 38.9%, respectively in the negatively stained cases of PRB, Bcl-2 and P73; The rates of PI6 low expression were 36.3%, 39.0% and 32.0%, respectively in the positively stained cases of PRb, Bcl-2 and P73, while 56.4%, 70.0% and 61.1%, respectively in the negatively stained cases of PRB, Bcl-2 and P73. With the statistics analysis, the over-expression of P16 was not significantly related to the PRb positive rate, but was significantly related to the Bcl-2 and P73 positive rates. Conclusions The over-expression of P16 in cervical cancer might not be affected by PRb expression, but might be due to the decreased activity of PRb binding E2f.
