顺铂与CF／5-Fu泵联合化疗中不同输注方式与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨顺铂与5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）泵联合化疗时的输注方式与护理。方法对60例使用顺铂与5-Fu泵联合化疗的晚期胃癌患者采用随机分组法，每组30例，对两组输注方式产生的肢体疼痛及静脉损伤进行对比分析。结果双侧输注法发生肢体疼痛为12例，发生率为40．0％，单侧输注法发生肢体疼痛为22例，发生率为73．3％，两组相比，P〈0．01。双侧输注法静脉损伤为10例，发生率为33.3％；单侧输注法静脉损伤为19例，发生率为63.3％，P〈0．025。二者均具有显著性差异。结论顺铂与5-Fu泵联合化疗时选择双侧输注法在临床上值得推广应用。Objective To explore the intravenous infusion method for the combination chemotherapy of Cisplatin and continuous infusion 5-fluorouracil （5-FU）. Methods sixty patients with advanced carcinoma ventriculi were randomly assigned to receive Cisplatin combined with 5-Fu by single venous channel infusion or by bilateral venous channels infusion. The complications of limb pain and venous injury associated with these two different infusion methods were analyzed. Results Twelve out of 30 patients （40%） developed limb pain with bilateral venous channels infusion, while 22 out of 30 patients （73.3%） experienced limb pain with single venous channel infusion （P〈0.01）. The rates of venous injury were 33.3% and 63.3% in the patients with bilateral venous channels infusion or single venous channel infusion, respectively （P〈0.025）. Conclusions The method of bilateral venous channels infusion for the combination chemotherapy of Cisplatin and 5-Fu is recommended to be widely adopted in clinical setting.
