摘  要:目的:应用多体素2D1H-MRS观察正常成人大脑顶叶皮质主要代谢化合物随年龄变化规律。方法:应用场强为1.5T的磁共振成像系统对50例正常人(19~49岁)大脑顶叶皮质进行1H-MRS采集。计算氮-乙酰门冬氨酸(NAA)与肌酸(Cr)的峰下面积比值以及胆碱复合物(Cho)与肌酸(Cr)峰下面积的比值,并分别与年龄进行相关分析。结果:NAA/Cr值与年龄增长无明显相关性。Cho/Cr值随年龄增长呈显著递减。结论:多体素磁共振质子波谱可无创观察不同年龄组正常成人大脑顶叶皮质代谢情况,获得主要代谢产物与年龄的关系,为临床提供参考。Objective:To discover the metabolic change of brain with age in normal adults by using volume-selective, two dimensional ^1H-MRS. Methods: ^1H-MRS was obtained from 50 normal persons aged from 19 to 49 years with the use of PRESS sequence. The areas under the peaks were measured; the ratio of N-acetylaspartate (NAA, choline (Cho) to creatine (Cr)were caculated. The relationship between the decreased ratio of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr, and age was examined by statistics method. Results :We found there was no relationship between NAA/Cr and age. The ratio of Cho/Cr decreased with age. Conclusion: MRS can detect the metablolic change of the brain with age in normal people, and show the development of the normal brain noninvasively.
