摘  要:LTCC基板依赖其在组装密度、信号传输速度、电性能及可靠性方面独特的优势,必将在未来的电子装备中得到更广泛的发展。叠片机做为LTCC制程中的关键设备,主要功能是把经过填充和印刷了图形的生瓷片进行脱膜、定位和叠层焊接固定,叠好的多层生瓷片进入下道工序进行层压。阐述了叠片机烙铁焊接机的结构设计。With the strong demanding of miniaturization, high-performance, multi-function and high reliability for electronic products, the LTCC substrate which rely on its unique advantage of density assembly, signal transmission speed, electrical property and reliability, will be more widely applied on electronic equipment in the future. Being the key part equipment in the LTCC producing procedure, the stacking machine with its main function is to make the filled- and pattern-printed born ceramic being film-parted, positioned and stacking layer fixed, and then to make the stacked multi-layered born ceramic going into the next process to laminate. This article described to expatiate the mechanical designing for the heaing iron part in the stacking machine.
