摘　　要：介绍金黄色葡萄球菌及肠毒素常见快速检测方法的原理、优缺点及其应用,并对各种方法在特异性、检测速度、简便性等方面进行了比较。最后对金黄色葡萄球菌检测方法进行了展望。The common rapid detection methods of Staphylococcus au reus and enterotoxin were introduced for their principles, advanta ges, disadvantages and applications in this paper. Moreover these methods were compared in their specificity, detection speed, simpli city and so on. The detection methods of Staphylococcus aureus were forecasted at last.
