摘  要:本文将2D机织结构简化为串联的(0°/90°)S和(90°/0°)S正交铺层结构,在单轴拉伸载荷作用下采用能量变分法,得到开裂的(0°/90°)S和(90°/0°)S正交铺层结构中各层的应力分布及90°层裂纹密度与施加应力之间的变化关系;基于随机的基体裂纹演化理论、随机的纤维损伤和最终失效理论,得到了拉伸载荷作用下正交铺层中0°层的应力-应变关系,进而得到了0°层的切线拉伸模量与作用于0°层的拉伸应力之间的变化关系,将0°层的切线拉伸模量代入正交铺层结构的能量变分分析中,得到2D机织陶瓷基复合材料的拉伸应力-应变关系,理论结果与试验结果吻合良好。2D weave structure is simplified as (0°/90°)s and(90°/0°)s crossply structures. A variational analysis approach was used to determine the two dimensional thermoelastic stress state in cross-ply laminates of type (0°/90°)s and(90°/0°)s. The crossply composite laminate stress distribution and traverse crack density were obtained as a function of applied load° Based on the stochastic matrix crack evolution, stochastic fiber damage and ultimate failure, the stress strain behavior and tangent tensile modulus related to applied load of 0° ply were obtained. Substitute tangent tensile modulus into the variational analysis of crossply composite laminate, the stress strain behavior of 2D weave ceramic matrix composite was gained and is in good agreement with experimental result.
