摘　　要：民事司法证明是民事证明主体收集、审查、判断和运用证据,确认案件事实,以求达到主体与客体、主观与客观、认识与实践相统一的活动。在司法证明过程中,应时刻贯彻价值选择的基本立场。民事司法证明的目的反映了现代民事诉讼价值取向的多元性和相对性,是民事证明主体所追求的价值目标的最集中体现。民事司法证明活动映现着民事证明主体的本质力量,反映了民事证明主体的不同需要,这些需求的满足形成了多维度的价值取向,诸如自由、秩序、公正、效益、安定等。合规律性与合目的性的统一、公共利益与个人利益的统一、兼顾多样与突出重点的统一、择优与代价的统一应成为民事司法证明活动中价值权衡与选择所应遵循的基本原则。The civil judicial proof is proved that the proof subject is collecting, examining, judging and using evidence, confirming case fact, achieves the activity which in order to the subject and the object, subjective and objective, the knowledge and the praciice unify. Throughout the process of judical proof, we should implementing the value choice of basic standpoint at all times. The goal of the civil judical proof has reflected the polytropism and the relativity of value orientation in the modern civil litigation ,which is proved the proof subject pursuing the value goal of the most concentrated expression. The civil judlcal proof activity has proved that the essential strength of the proof subject, reflected the different demand of civil proof subject, meet the demands of these forming the multi - dimension of value orientation, such as freedom, order, justice, efficiency, stability and so on. Gathers the regularity with to gather the sense of purpose unification, the public interest with the personal interest unification, the proper attention to both diverse and the target key points unification, and according to qualification with the price unification should become the basic principles in value trade - off and selection of our country civil judical proof activity.
