摘  要:以同源四倍体双胚苗突变水稻品系、近亲系和离子束介导后代为研究材料,对其种子活力、苗位和胚位特征进行了初步研究.结果表明,原始亲本01-04-01具有高的种子活力,正常单胚的频率比较高.出现多胚苗的水稻品系是D07-04-01和D07-02-01,其中D07-02-01的苗位类型最丰富,且每一种多胚苗苗位类型的频率都比D07-04-01要高.在4份供试材料的种胚内均能观察到双胚现象.D07-02-01不仅胚位类型丰富,而且双胚频率最高.对水稻双胚苗突变种子的特征进行深入研究将有助于在水稻中筛选和研究出无融合生殖新种质.A preliminary research regarding seed vigor,characteristics of seedling location and embryo location has been made on the mutant with twin-embryo seedling in auto-tetraploid rice,the closely relative strains and the progeny from ion beam-mediated.The results show that seed vigor and the frequency of normal single embryo of original parent 01-04-01 are high.Poly-embryonic seedlings are found from rice strain D07-04-01and D07-02-01.The seedling location type of D07-02-01 is the most abundant.In addition, the frequency of each of its poly-embryonic seedling location is higher than that of D07-04-01. The phenomenon of twin-embryo is observed in 4 seed materials. D07-02-01 not only has abundant embryo location types, but also has the highest frequency of twin-embryo. In-depth study on characteristics of twin-embryonic seedling in the mutant rice seed will contribute to the selection and reseaeh of new apomixis germplasm from rice.
