摘  要:针对电网规划中提高电网抗灾能力和维持合理造价间的矛盾,引入差异化的决策变量,对应差异化的抗灾能力和造价,建立了计及气象灾害因素的多目标电网规划模型,给出了基于蒙特卡罗仿真和多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ的求解方法。通过Graver-6系统算例证明了在规划过程中考虑气象灾害因素的必要性,所提方法能求得兼顾经济性与可靠性的规划方案,适用于灾害频发环境下的电网规划。To resolve the contradiction between enhancing anti-disaster ability of power network and sustaining rational construction cost, by means of leading in discrepant decision variables and corresponding to discrepant anti-disaster ability and construction cost a multi-objective power network planning model is built in which the meteorological disaster factor is taken into account, and the solving method based on Monte Carlo simulation and multi-objective genetic algorithm, namely NSGA-II, is given. The necessity of considering meteorological disaster factor during power network planning is proved by Graver 6-bus system. Using the proposed method, the planning scheme in which considers both economy and reliability can be obtained, so it is suitable to the power network planning for the region where disasters frequently occur.
