摘  要:将3K型行星轮系分解为3个简单的K-H型轮系单元,然后对这些单元进行运动分析和受力分析,列出方程组并求解。这种方法不仅可以求出每个构件的角速度和所受的力矩,整个轮系的功率流向也随之确定,而且还得到一个通用的效率公式。根据功率流向,发现轮系中存在的循环功率流就是这类轮系效率较低、甚至发生自锁的原因。同时,举例证明通过减小循环功率与输出功率的比值可以适当提高这种轮系的啮合效率,从而为这类轮系的改进和设计提出了一种新方法。In this paper the 3K type planetary gear train is first decomposed into three simple train units of K-H type; then these units are put into kinematic analysis and moment analysis, and finally the equations are listed and solved. Thus not only the angle speed of each component and its torque are extracted, but also it would be much more convenient to determine the power flow of the whole train, and meanwhile a new general efficiency formula is obtained. On the basis of the power flow, the circulation power is found in this kind of train. This is the cause of the low efficiency and even self-locking for this kind of epicyclic gear train. At the same time it has been demonstrated in this paper that the decrease of the ratio between the circulation power and the output power can increase the meshing efficiency of 3K type planetary gear trains. Thus a new method is presented for the modification and design of this kind of Epicyclic gear train.
