摘  要:为了提高仿真结果的可靠性,在现有COSMOSMotion软件仿真结论的基础上,把轴向滑块凸轮式差速器模型从UG软件导入ADAMS/View中,并对各连接点添加相应约束、反复修正弹簧参数之后进行了仿真,得到了左右差速轮的角速度曲线反差速器壳的合反转矩曲线。分析研究结果表明,当合反转矩在70~120N·m范围内,反转矩差≤33N·m时,该差速器基本上都能正常差速运行,并有ω1+ω2=2ω0,T1+T2=T0,即普通锥齿轮差速器的角速度和转矩关系式对于轴向滑块凸轮式差速器同样成立。In order to improve the reliability of simulation results, on the hosis of existing COSMOSMotion software simulation conclusion, the axial slide cam type differential model from the UG software is imported into ADAMS/ View, the corresponding restraints of the various junctions is added, and the spring parameter is revised repeatedly. Then the simulation is performed, and the spider gear's angular speed curve and the differential case's total counter torque curve. The analytical results indicate that when the total counter torque within the range of 70 - 120N · m, its difference does not exceed 33N · m. The differential basically can work smoothly, and has ω1 + ω2 = 2ω0, T1 + T2 = To, namely the relationship of the ordinary bevel gear differential's angular speed and torque is appropriate to the axial slide cam type differential.
