摘　　要：定义企业技术竞争力的内涵,并通过分析得出影响企业技术竞争力的两大因素:技术创新能力和外部支撑保证条件,以北京市的企业为实证研究对象,通过调查问卷所得数据分析北京市企业的技术竞争力发展现状,在此基础上提出一些企业在提升技术竞争力中面临的问题和解决问题的办法。Firstly,the connotation of technological competitiveness of enterprises is defined. Secondly, the paper points out the influencing factors of technological competitiveness of enterprises ： the technological innovation capability and guarantee and supporting system. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the current situation of technological competence of enterprises in Beijing and finds out the problems in the progress of promoting the technological competence. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions according to these problems.
