摘　　要：目的：探讨异常瞬目征病因及相应的综合治疗措施。方法：收集2007年7月2009年4月频繁瞬目的318岁患者413例,通过对屈光状态、眼表疾病等检查及问卷寻找其发病原因,并积极进行治疗及纠正。结果：413例异常瞬目患者中各类屈光不正247例,其中169例远近视力基本正常,屈光不正合并有眼表、眼附属器疾病的146例;眼表、眼附属器疾患252例;神经精神系统疾患1例;未发现明确病因14例;问卷调查中不良用眼及生活习惯232例,好奇模仿周围他人眼部动作28例。结论：导致异常瞬目征病因很多,其中屈光不正和眼表疾病是多见病因,同一患者可能同时存在多种致病因素。平时不良用眼习惯及其生活习惯可能是发病诱因。日常门诊认真详细检查做出正确诊断,给予综合治疗。Objective：To investiga the pathogenesis and appropriate combined modality therapy in Patients iwth abnormal blinking.Methods：413 cases with abnormal blink reflex were studied from 2007.July～2009.Apr.Age ranged from 3 to 18 years.The pathogenesis was based on an examination of the comea adn conjunctiva and the status of ametropia and past treatment and questionnaire.They were then given appropriate therapy after a diagnosis was mede.Results：247 patients were found to have various ametropia in 413 cases.Distant and near visual acuity was basic normal in 169 cases.146 cases ametropia combined with ocular surface disease and ocular adnexa.252 patients were found to have ocular surface or ocular adnexa disease,One Cases had conditions related to neuropathy.14 cases were not found definite etiology.232 cases of incorrect use of the eye adn bad living hbits in questionaire interviews.28 cases of curious imitation others.Correction or therapy accordingly proved to be effective in solving the problems.Conclusion：Abnormal blink reflex can be caused by a variety of factors.Multiple etiological factor simultaneous with one case.The most common were ametropia and ocular surface disease.Early diagnosis,correction of ametropia and treatment of eye disease can be effective solutions for abnorma lblinking in children.
