摘  要:目的:建立液相色谱-串联质谱法测定乳制品中吡喹酮残留的方法。方法:样品经乙腈-二氯甲烷或乙酸乙酯提取,经吹氮气浓缩,正己烷脱脂。结果:方法经过精密度和回收率验证,测定低限为5.0μg/kg。添加水平为5.0~50.0μg/kg时,样品回收率为82%~108%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~12.7%。结论:该方法样品前处理简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于乳制品中吡喹酮检测。Objective:To develop a LC-MS/MS method for determination of Praziquantel in milk products.Methods:Sample are extracted with acetonitrile-dichloromethane or ethylacetate,Concentrates with the nitrogen,N-hexane defatted.The method in the present study was well verified and good results were obtained with respect to precision and spiked recovery.Results:The limit of quntitation was 5.0 μg/kg.When the spiking level was 5.0~50.0 μg/kg,the average recoveries were 82%~108%.The relative standard deviations(RSD) was 2.6%~12.7%.Conclusion:The method is easy to operate and of high sensitivity and good repeatability for determination of praziquantel residues in milk products.
