摘  要:目的:建立蜂王浆及冻干粉中氯霉素残留的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。方法:该方法经乙酸乙酯提取样品,以Aglient SB-C18柱(2.1×150 mm,1.8μm)分离,流动相为水溶液和乙腈(体积比为35:65),电喷雾负离子MRM模式检测。结果:该方法的检出限0.1 ng/ml,方法定量下限0.1 ng/kg,线性范围0.1~10.0 ng/ml,加标回收率87%~95%,相对标准偏差为3.21%。结论:该法具有样品预处理简单,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点,易于推广。Objective:To develop a LC-MS-MS method for chloramphenicol residues in royal jelly and royal jelly powder.Methods:The mass spectrometer was operated in the negative ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring.In the method,A sample was extracted with Ethyl acetate,Chromatographic separation was carried out on a Aglient SB-C18 column(2.1×150 mm,1.8 μm) with eluthic sion of acetonitrile-water(35:65 by volume).Results:The limit of detection is 0.1 ng/ml and the limit of quantitation is 0.1 μg/kg,The linear plots were obtained between 0.1 ng/ml and 20.0 ng/ml.Overall recoveries were between 87%~95%,and RSD value was 3.2%.Conclusion:The advantages of this method are simple operation,shorter operation time and higher sensitivity.
