几种亚硒酸盐胱氨酸增菌液选择性增菌效果的比较

摘　　要：目的：比较自制的Sc增菌液和不同品牌的成品Sc增菌液选择性增菌和抑制杂菌效果,以提高肠道致病菌的检出率。方法：用一定数量的大肠埃希菌与不同数量种类的肠道致病菌混合培养,观察增菌效果;用一定数量的对照菌（鼠伤寒沙门菌）与不同数量的两种沙门菌属多价血清强凝集的非沙门菌混合培养,观察抑制生长的效果。结果：测试的4种增菌液对沙门菌增菌效果不相同,最差的只在10-3～10-4的稀释管中生长,最佳的可在10-8稀释管下生长;4种增菌液对志贺菌无选择性增菌作用;4种增菌液对杨氏枸橼酸杆菌有良好的抑制生长作用,而对奇异变形杆菌则抑制作用不相同。结论：自配的改良配方Sc增菌液选择性增菌及抑制杂菌的效果最佳。Objective：To compare the effect of selective enrichment and inhibit bacteria contamination between the self-made Selenite Cystine Broth and the manufactured products with different brands,which improved the detection rate of intestinal pathogenic bacteria.Methods：To mixed culture a certain amount of Escherichia coli and different species of intestinal pathogenic bacteria that had different amount,which observed the effect of selective enrichment.To mixed culture a certain amount of control bacteria（Salmonella Typhimurium） and two kinds of non-salmonella with different amount that had a strong agglutination in multivalent serum of salmonella,which observed the effect of inhibiting growth.Results：There was different effect of salmonella enrichment for four tested broths.The poorest one only could grow in 10-3~10-4 dilution tubes,and the optimum one could grow in 10-8 dilution tubes.There was none selective enrichment of Shigella for four tested broths.There was a good effect of inhibiting growth with Citrobacter youngae.Howerver,there was a different effect of inhibiting growth with Proteus mirabilis.Conclusion：The self-made selenite cystine broth had the optimum effct of selective enrichment and inhibit bacteria contamination.
