江苏省老年护理学研究状况文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:对江苏省老年护理学1998～2007年的现状及发展方向作初步评析,旨在揭示其特点及规律。方法:以中国知网的中国学术期刊网络出版总库为数据来源,检索1998～2007年江苏省老年护理学相关文献。采用文献计量学的方法,分析江苏省老年护理学文献量及年代分布、文献发表源的统计源期刊分析及老年护理学领域的主题分布情况进行统计分析。结果:江苏省老年护理学10年文献量为478篇,为江苏省老年医学文献总量的10.34%,占全国老年护理学文献量的4.97%。与全国老年护理文献相比,其文献量前5年发展平缓,后5年发展较快,年平均增长率为34.85%;478篇文献中35.56%发表在统计源期刊。结论:江苏省老年护理学在江苏老年医学领域及全国老年护理学领域中均占有一席之地,但是文献的质量有待于提高。Objective： The aim of the study was to exolore the characteristics and the trend in development of the studies on geriatric nursing in Jiangsu province. Methods： The literatures on geriatric nursing in Jiangsu province from 1998 to 2007 were collected from the database （www.cnki.net）. Bibliometric analysis methods were used to analyze the distribution of time, subjects and source journals of the literatures on geriatric nursing. Results： The overall number of the literatures on geriatric nursing in Jiangsu province from 1998 to 2007 was 478, which occupied 10.34% of the total number of the literatures on geriatrics in Jiangsu province and 4.97% of the overall number of China. Compared with the total number of the literatures on geriatric nursing in China, the development trend of the literatures on geriatric nursing in Jiangsu province was slow in the forthcoming 5 years and quick in the later years. The average annual growth rate is 34.85%. Of the total literatures on geriatric nursing in Jiangsu province, 35.56% were published on the source journals for Chinese scientific and technical papers and citations. Conclusion： The geriatric nursing in Jiangsu Province took a place in geriatrics of Jiangsu province and geriatric nursing of China, however, the quality of the literatures need to be improved.
