摘　　要：本文以2001～2007年我国制造业8个行业共510家上市公司为样本,对我国上市公司治理与公司成长能力之间的关系进行了实证研究,并从公司治理的视角提出了提升我国上市公司成长能力的政策建议。This paper constructed an econometric model and empirically studied the relationship be tween corporate governance and growth capability of China＇s listed companies based on the panel data of 510 listed companies in Chinese manufacturing industry from the year 2001 to 2007.
