摘　　要：首先对技术竞争情报的基本知识和技术预见的发展现状进行了述评;然后分析了技术预见活动中技术竞争情报的重要性;最后重点以专利情报为例,探讨了面向技术预见活动的技术竞争情报应用方法。Firstly,the elementary knowledge of Technology Competitive Intelligence（CTI）and the development status of technology foresight are reviewed.Secondly,the importance of CTI in technology foresight activities is analyzed.Finally,taking the patent intelligence for example,methods of applying CTI oriented to technology foresight activities are explored.
