摘　　要：目的:消除微生物限度检查法中阿魏胶囊的抑菌作用,建立阿魏胶囊的微生物限度检查方法。方法:按平皿法和培养基稀释法两种不同的试验方法,采用5种阳性对照菌回收率试验测定其是否含抑菌成分。结果:采用培养基稀释法,各试验菌在样品中的回收率均达到70%以上。结论:采用培养基稀释法能够更好的消除阿魏胶囊的抑菌作用,使测定结果准确,达到检测目的。Objective：To eliminate the bacteriostatic action ofA,wei Capsule in microbial limit examination so as to establishing the method ofmicrobial limit for A,wei Capsule.Methods：The plating and culture medium diluted methods were used to determine the antimicrobial effect ofA,wei Capsule by recovery rates with 5 control trains.Results：According to the results, the recovery rates were higher than 70% by culture medium diluted method, which indicated no antimicrobial effect with them.Conclusion：According to the results, the culture medium diluted method can eliminate the bacteriostatic action ofA,wei Capsule preferably with accurate result and reaching the objective.
