洛汀新对脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者认知及血清NOS水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨洛汀新对脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者认知及血清一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平的影响。方法:应用MMSE评定脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者认知功能,同时检测NOS水平,观察洛汀新对脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者认知及血清NOS水平的影响。结果:洛汀新观察组治疗后MMSE分值、NOS水平均提高,并且两者呈正相关。结论:洛汀新能通过提高NOS水平,改善脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能。Objective：To explore the effects of lotensin on the cognition and the level of NOS in patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction. Methods： The cognition of the patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction was assessed by MMSE. The blood level of NOS was measured. We observed the effects of lotensin on the cognition and the level of NOS. Results ：The value of MMSE and the level of NOS increased in the group of lotensin. The value of MMSE was positive relation with the level of NOS. Conclusion：Lotensin can improve the cognition of the patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction by increaseing the level of NOS.
