摘　　要：高校教学团队建设是近年来实施的高等教育质量工程的重要环节,其宗旨是通过建立团队合作的机制,改革教学内容和方法,开发教学资源,促进教学研讨和教学经验交流,推进教学工作的传、帮、带和老中青相结合,提高教师的教学水平,以确保高等教育教学质量的不断提高。武汉大学微生物学系列课程教学团队2007年获批为首批湖北省教学团队,2008年成为全国微生物学教学领域的首个国家级教学团队。本文对团队的设置特色与建设发展思路进行了归纳和总结。The construction of teaching team is a very important part of quality project of higher education in China. The objective of team construction is to renew the teaching content, to develop the teaching resource, to facilitate the study on methodology and exchange of experience, to strengthen echelon construction and to improve on teaching quality. The Microbiology Curricula Team of Wuhan University is one of the first authorized teaching teams of Hubei Province in 2007. It became one of the first national-level teaching teams in the field of microbiology in 2008. This paper focuses on the feature and the train of thought of the construction and development of the team.
