摘　　要：就粉丝生产后的酸浆水进行处理,得到2种食用蛋白产品和一种纤维产品,基本解决传统工艺生产粉丝带来的废水污染,有很好的社会价值和经济价值。This article carries on processing after the bean starch noodles production s sour starch,obtains two kind of edible protein products and one kind of fiber product,the basic solution traditional process production bean starch noodles bring the waste water pollution,has the very good social value and the economic value.
