摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定食品中Pb、As、Cd、Hg、Cu5种元素的方法。样品经微波消解后,直接用ICP-MS同时测定上述5种元素,结果5种元素的检出限分别在8~80ng/L之间;线性良好,线性相关系数均为r≥0.999;精密度RSD<3.35%;回收率在82.49%~103.15%之间;对不同食品类型的标准物质GBW10016、GBW08517、GBW10010、GBW08552进行测定,结果令人满意。方法操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高,各项分析性能指标均达到要求,适用于动植物源食品中有害元素的测定。A method for determination of Pb,As,Cd,Hg,Cu in animal and plant origin food by ICP-MS was established. The five elements were detected simultaneously after the samples digested by microwave digestion. The detection limits of these elements range from 8 ng/L to 80 ng/L,linear correlation r≥0.999. The precision was RSD &lt;3.35% ,and recoveries of samples were of the range 82.49% ~103.15%. The results showed close agreement with the reference values in different kinds of food standard materials of GBW 10016, GBW 08517, GBW 10010, GBW 08552, and the results was fine. This method is simple, fast, high sensitivity, which can meet the demand for harmful element analysis in animal and plant origin food.
