摘　　要：Yaffs文件系统及Nand闪存在嵌入式系统中得到了广泛的应用。文章分析了Yaffs文件系统的原理、存储机制和U-Boot,在此基础上阐述了一个对U-Boot命令的改进方法,使U-Boot具有了对Nand闪存写入Yaffs映像文件的功能。Yaffs file system and Nand Flash are widely used in embedded system. This paper firsdy analyses the principles of Nand Flash, Yaffs file system, storage mechanism and the U-Boot, on these foundations, this paper provides the improvement of U-Boot＇s command which makes the U-Boot have the ability of writing the Yaffs file system to Nand Flash in an embedded system. It is convenient to construct the embedded system of Yaffs file system＋ Nand Flash.
