摘  要:在宽柄芥两叶一心时,分别以4℃低温春化处理30d和500mg/LGA3处理16d后,在人工气候箱中再培养(20℃、16h光照/18℃、8h黑暗).在培养过程中每隔2d分别取材,共取5次,测定芥菜可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD、POD活性等.结果表明:芥菜在低温春化与GA3处理后,可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均呈先增后减,POD均先减后增,SOD活性变化均无规律.相关性分析表明:两种处理后芥菜POD与可溶性糖均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.861、0.814;POD与可溶性蛋白均呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.613、-0.587;可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.573、0.613;SOD与其他指标间相关性均不显著.Soluble sugar and soluble protein contents and SOD and POD activities of broad-petioled mustard planted in a phytotron (20 ℃,16 h light/18 ℃,8 h darkness) were assayed every 2 days after vernalization treatment at 4 ℃ for 30 days with or without 500 mg/L GA3 treatment for 16 days.Analysis of physiological and biochemical changes of the plants showed that soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of the two treatments first increased and then decreased,POD activity first decreased and then increased,and no regularity was detected in the change of SOD.POD was in positive correlation with soluble sugar content,r being 0.861 and 0.814 in vernalization treatment and vernalization + GA3 treatment,respectively,and in negative correlation with soluble protein,r being-0.613 and-0.587 in vernalization treatment and vernalization + GA3 treatment,respectively.A positive relationship existed between soluble sugar and soluble protein,the correlation coefficient being 0.573 and 0.613,respectively,in the two treatments.SOD showed no significant correlation with the indicators studied.
