摘  要:钢板宽度测量是轧钢生产中一个重要的环节,介绍了双目视觉光电测宽的原理和硬件构成,研究了基于FPGA的钢板边缘Canny检测方法,为热轧钢板宽度测量提出了一种在线非接触测量方案。实际应用表明,较好地解决了信号采集和实时处理等问题,响应速度快、测量精度高。Width measurement of steel plate is important step in steel rolling process. Work principle and hardware structure of photoelectric width gauge was introduced in this paper. A method based on FPGA integrated circuit to implement image signal Canny edge detection was researched.An approach to non-contact width measurement of hot-rolled steel plate was proposed. Practical results has demonstrated that the system has fast response and high precision because the problems were well solved such as signal high-speed acquisition and real-time processing and so on.
