临时冠对牙髓组织作用的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的:比较牙体预备2.0mm后不戴临时冠及戴用临时冠1周,2周牙髓组织学结构的变化及差异。方法:选择Beagle犬的恒牙作为研究对象,观察牙体预备前;预备牙体组织2.0mm后即时;不戴临时冠及戴用临时冠1周,2周,牙髓组织结构的变化及差异。结果:牙体预备2.0mm即时,牙髓组织有炎性细胞浸润,1周时,未戴临时冠组有少量炎性细胞浸润,戴临时冠组较未戴临时冠组少。2周时,未戴临时冠组牙髓有轻度充血,戴临时冠组牙髓组织基本正常。结论:戴用临时冠对牙髓组织有保护作用。Objective：To compare the pulpal response by covered or not covered temporary crowns in vivo study. Method：To divide 18 teeth into 6 teams according to covered or not covered temporary crowns. Histological sections were made to observe the pupal response. Result： When 2.0 mm was prepared,there was some inflammation cells in pulp immediately. After 1 week, the pulp not covered the temporary crowns had more inflammation cells in pulp than the team with temporary crowns. After 2 weeks,the pulp with temporary crowns showed normal, and the team without temporary crowns showed light congestion. Conclusion： Prepared teeth＇s pulp with temporary crowns were better recovered than the team with-out temporary crowns.
